By reserving, donating, or attending this event, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Washington Events reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Participation in the event constitutes full acceptance of these terms.

Washington Events, its affiliates, partners, sponsors, and venue shall not be held liable for any claims, damages, losses, injuries, or expenses arising from or related to attendance or participation in this event.

TERMS & CONDITIONS - THE BASICS 

1. Reservations & Entry

All reservations serve as confirmation of entry. Guests must present proof of reservation (digital or printed) upon arrival.

Washington Events reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest whose behavior is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or in violation of event standards, without refund.

2. Donation-Based Admission

All contributions made toward this event are considered donation-based reservations. While they grant access to the experience, they are not classified as traditional ticket purchases.

3. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility is subject to the stated Early Society Reservation Refund Policy and Standard Reservation Refund Policy.

All approved refunds are processed at the discretion of Washington Events. After the designated refund deadlines, all reservations are final and non-refundable.

4. Event Changes & Modifications

Washington Events reserves the right to modify event details including, but not limited to, date, time, location, programming, and experience elements as necessary.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Washington Events is not liable for additional costs incurred by guests.

5. Media Release

By attending, you grant Washington Events and its partners the right to capture, use, and distribute photographs, video, and audio recordings of your likeness for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes without compensation.

6. Liability Waiver

Guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with attendance. Washington Events, its partners, sponsors, and venue are not responsible for personal injury, accidents, lost or stolen items, or damages incurred before, during, or after the event.

7. Code of Conduct

All guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner consistent with the tone of the event. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or failure to comply with event guidelines may result in removal without refund.
