Refund Policy

A LEGAL DISCLAIMER

This Early Society Reservation Refund Policy is established at the sole discretion of Washington Events and is subject to change without prior notice. Submission of a refund request does not guarantee approval.

All determinations regarding what constitutes a “legitimate reason” for cancellation are made exclusively by the event host. Washington Events reserves the right to approve or deny any refund request based on the information provided.

Refunds, if approved, will be issued using the original method of payment where possible and within a reasonable processing timeframe. Processing times may vary depending on financial institutions and third-party platforms.

Washington Events shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including but not limited to travel expenses, lodging, or other costs incurred in connection with the event.

By securing an Early Society reservation, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this policy and disclaimer.

Early Society Reservation Refund Policy

Early Society reservations are eligible for a full refund under the following conditions:

  • Refund requests may be submitted no earlier than June 15, 2026

  • All refund requests must be received on or before August 1, 2026

  • Requests submitted outside of this window will not be considered

To qualify, guests must provide a legitimate reason for cancellation, such as unforeseen circumstances that prevent attendance.

All refund requests are subject to review and must be submitted directly to the event host. Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

After August 1, 2026, all reservations become final and non-refundable.

Standard Reservation Refund Policy

All reservations are eligible for a refund if requested no later than three (3) weeks prior to the scheduled event date.

  • Refund requests must be submitted directly to the event host within this timeframe

  • Requests received after this deadline will not be eligible for a refund

  • All reservations become final and non-refundable within three (3) weeks of the event

Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe using the original method of payment where applicable.
